We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning network, our content, and services ("The Protocol"). The processing of personal data occurs only with the user's consent or where permitted by statutory regulations.
Server Log Files & Protocol Ingestion
Upon accessing any Digipulation Interface or associated site, the Protocol might ingest specific data points from the requesting system. This data might be technically necessary to display the website and ensure stability and security across the network Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- IP address (anonymized immediately after potential ingestion)
- Date and time of the request
- Time zone difference to CET
- Content of the request (specific page)
- Access status/HTTP status code
- Volume of data transferred
- Browser type, operating system, and interface
This data might be stored temporarily in log files to prevent algorithmic decay and defend against adversarial inputs. It is not merged with other personal data sources.
Purpose & Legal Basis for Processing
We do not observe data passively; we might utilize it for active optimization. We process your data based on the following legal foundations:

Processing might be required to deliver the "Algorithmic Curation Protocol" services you have requested Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Data Retention & Erasure
We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. We store your personal data only as long as might be necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned here or as provided for by the various storage periods provided for by law.
Once the respective purpose ceases to apply or these deadlines expire, the corresponding data is routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with statutory regulations ("Engineered Decay").
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We might utilize session cookies purely for the technical operation of the Protocol Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. These are small text files that might be automatically created by your browser and stored on your device when you visit our pages.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell behavioral data to external brokers. All analytics are performed in-house using our proprietary infrastructure to maintain strict data sovereignty.
