Proprietary Protocol Agreement

Acceptance of Protocol

By accessing Digipulation ("the Interface") or interacting with the Algorithmic Curation Protocol ("the Engine"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Access to this infrastructure is not a right; it is a revocable privilege granted strictly at the discretion of Digipulation Inc.

If you do not agree to these terms, or if you object to the algorithmic manipulation of commercial data for optimization purposes, you must disconnect immediately.

Intellectual Property & Trade Secrets

The Algorithmic Curation Protocol, including its ingestion logic, decay detection parameters, and synthetic scoring mechanisms, is the exclusive intellectual property of Digipulation Inc.

• No Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Engine or the Interface.
• Confidentiality: Any data, metrics, or output methodologies observed within the Interface are classified as Trade Secrets. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the internal operations of the Protocol.
• Data Scraping: The use of automated systems (robots, spiders, scrapers) to extract data from this Interface is strictly prohibited and will be met with immediate IP-level blocking and legal action.

Algorithmic Intervention & Privacy

Digipulation operates on the premise of "Active Intervention." By using this service, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• Data Ingestion: We actively ingest user interaction data to refine our manipulation algorithms.
• Optimization: Your data is used internally to optimize the Protocol. We do not sell user data to third-party brokers; we utilize it to sharpen the precision of our own Engine.
• Private Infrastructure: All user activity is processed within a private, encrypted environment. While we employ rigorous security measures, the nature of digital transmission precludes absolute guarantees.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Protocol is provided "as is" and "as available." Digipulation makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy of the curated data. We do not guarantee that the "engineered clarity" provided by the Protocol will result in financial gain or commercial advantage for the user.

We are not liable for any "Decay" (as defined in our operational manifesto) that occurs post-projection, nor for any errors in the source data ingested from the open web.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from the use of the Protocol shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Germany.

Termination of Access

Digipulation reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Interface immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Protocol will cease immediately.
